Susan Weiner is the field hockey coach at the school (according to the two Georges). She once substituted for Mrs. Munger in the episode "Substitute Teacher" and dressed up and acted as a fire chief in the episode "Fire Drill" in an attempt to teach fire safety. She is a very stern and burly teacher. When she wants the class to simmer, she says "Cork it!"
